Delivery

Delivery will normally take up to 7 working days.

Delivery Delays:

Please expect delays by 1 working day if you live in the following areas: 
Scotland, Wales, BA, BH, BS, CF, DT, EX, NP, PL, SN, SP, TA, TQ, TR

Location Exclusions:

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other surrounding offshore areas. 

Harder to Reach Areas:

Please disregard any other information relating to delivery on this page if you reside in any of these "out of normal service area" postcodes: 

AB, BT, CA, DD, DG, DT, EH, EX, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, ML, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, LA, LD, LL, ML, NE19, NE46+ PA, PH, PL, PO30+, SA15+, SY, TD, TQ, TR, ZE 

Your item(s) will be delivered to you through the Pallex Network. The Pallex network is a kerbside delivery, so please be prepared to have assistance when carrying the item(s) into your household.  A £20 surcharge may be required prior to delivery due to location implications.  In most cases the surcharge will be applied at checkout.

Please note that we are unable to offer any of the following services to these postcodes: Wet connection / 2 man / removal of packaging and recycle of old appliance.

Repeat Delivery Charges

Please ensure someone is at the property to receive the delivery during the allocated time. 
We offer all our customers a courier service and we make sure you are fully aware of the date & time to expect your delivery as described above. 
If you are not in when the driver attempts delivery, we hope that you will understand that we will have to charge you for the repeat delivery. The repeat delivery charge is £40.00. Payment must be taken before you are able to reschedule the delivery. Please call on 0844 736 0071 to reschedule your delivery.

Warranty

Warranty depends on the grade of appliance you buy.  Be it 6 months for Gold grade and 3 months for Silver 1 & 2.

Our warranty covers repair (if possible), exchange for equivalent product (if we don’t have the exact one in stock) or collection and full refund (if we are not able to repair or find you a suitable replacement).

If your product develops a fault, please call us in the first instance on 0844 736 0071 so we can arrange a consultation with a qualified engineer.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order up to any point before the item is despatched this is not a problem at all. The order will be cancelled and refunded straightaway.

If, however, you cancel your order after it has already been collected by the Transport Company, then there is a cost involved with the return of that item to our premises. We will ask the transport company to return the item to us and as soon as we receive it back on site then we will credit your order, but we will have to deduct the £40 transport cost from your refund.

Returns Policy

If your item is faulty and we cannot find you a suitable replacement then we will accept the return. We will arrange collection of the item on a day to suit you and we will pay the return costs. 

WEEE Collection & Disposal of your old appliance

If you would like us to collect and dispose of your old appliance, then please let us know by adding this service at the point of checkout. We can co-ordinate this with the delivery of your new appliance for just £15.00

Please ensure that the item that requires disposal is unplugged, uninstalled and empty ready for the drivers to collect.

Installation

Again, with installation of the appliance, please state at checkout.  This service is 24.99 and is only available to Freestanding Appliances, excluding very large (ie. American Fridge Freezers) and Cooking Appliances.  If available, you will be prompted with the option of adding such service on the Shopping Cart page.
