environCom is a customer focused organisation and we are committed to provide products and services that meet the customers specified contractual and project requirements.

environCom shall develop and maintain a Quality and Environmental Management Systems that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001 so that we can provide and maintain consistently high quality and Environmental Protection in all work we undertake. Our Quality Management System shall ensure that proper communication, work control and records are generated for all work undertaken and our Environmental Management Systems shall provide sustainable solutions across our activities

All members of environCom staff are charged with promoting these aims and are expected to familiarise themselves with the contents of our quality and environmental manuals which define the Management Systems  that has been established and adopted as the means for achieving these declared objectives. Everyone employed by environCom shall be supported according to their individual needs for personal development, training and facilities in line with the investors in people standard.

The Quality Manager based at the environCom main office is my appointed management representative responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct and effective implementation of the environCom Quality and Environmental Management system as a whole.

Total Quality Management is applied to every aspect of our activity and quality is the responsibility of everyone, in every activity, throughout environCom.
